What we collect on this site

Almost nothing. This is a static website with no account system and no tracking cookies.

• No analytics, no advertising cookies. We do not run third-party trackers on this site.
• If you email us ([email protected]), we store your email address and message only to reply, and we delete them on request.
• We never see your document. The PaperFormat Pro desktop app reads, checks and fixes your files entirely on your own computer. Your thesis is never uploaded to any server.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. When you buy, Paddle is the seller of record and collects your billing details (name, email, payment method) directly on their secure checkout. Paddle handles global tax (VAT / GST / sales tax) and sends you the activation code. Their handling of your data is governed by Paddle's privacy policy. We receive only the minimum information needed to fulfil your license (typically your email and order status).

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (for example, an email you sent us). To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
